Here is my question:

Is it illegal to show video from another site without their permission. So if I used the embed feature in the Admin area and embed a file from let's say ESPN are their legal grounds for ESPN to come back on me.

Typically if we pull video from another site like ESPN, CBS Sports, etc... we put in the description "Video Courtesy Site Name" Does this cover us?

I figure if they provide the embed code then they should expect it to end up on all kinds of sites.
