Collaborative projects?

I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in a collaborative project. Someone who is better at the customization that I am. I can market and advertise, host and do some customization. Also if anyone knows a site that acts as a legal third party for collaborative projects.

I actually have a couple ideas. But one in particular.

Hi there, im Juan de la Cruz. I want to make a site about Israel and Palestine.
Maybe somebody will be interested. As you know, the USA and Israel are ¨good friend. And also the palestinians are in need.
I want to make a collaborative project to develop such site with fare and neutral information.
