Thumbs images not showing up

Please see my site http://www.a7laclip.com ......... After i upload a video the thumb's images do not appear on the index page.
What can i do to change this?

Login to admin area ,Change the following

Site Configuration => Miscellaneous Settings => Create Thumbnail with => mplayer

if you are using mplayer try with ffmpeg or ffmpge-php

maybe this will work for new videos, but I already have over 80 videos without thumbnail showing up, should I delete and re-upload them all again?

how to reupload the thumb images? do you mean re-uploading movies which thier thumb images dont show up?

For creating the thumbnail please try this.
Login to admin area => Video Management => Search Videos => findout the video you need the thumnail => Create Thumb
