Disable Flagging

I approve all videos before they are put on the site, and people are abusing the "flag this video" option. How can I disable this feature??

You can't disable the flag this video option in admin area , you can Delete All Inappropriate video Request in admin area
If you need you can remove the flag this video in your site.Edit the view_video.tpl file edit the template folder ,findout the flag this video option (in 2.6 'Inappropriate' )and remove the code
