I noticed there is no links in the footer to the privacy/terms of use, etc. Was that on purpose?

I think the skin looks good, I hope some of you like it, the privacy terms of service links are beneath the videos being watched now.

Well, I honestly don't like it. However, you know your "niche" better than me. I have always built my sites to suit my tastes and hope that the users/visitors would like it. Now, I do try to think about the user experience. Basically I just try to look at my site as if I had never seen it.

The one criticism that I have other than my personal taste is that the site does not scale for smaller monitors. I really can't stand having to scroller over to see the whole page. This is one of my pet peeves.

So, keep working on it and keep in mind that you will never get everyone to like it. ;)

I just checked the site. My screen resolution is 1024 x 768 and the site is going off the screen (in FireFox). You might want to set the max to 1024px and minimum to 800px to accommodate most screens (1024 x 768 and 800 x 600 are the most common resolutions used).
