    I have the same problem but that command doesnt work

    Try to change the video conversion command in video_conversion.php(include\settings)

    Ok uploading a bigger file did not work. Same error

    and I did put my settings in video_conversion.php(include\settings)

    Here is what my php.ini is set at

    This command is not converting video to FLV format. Contact your web host and ask then why the command is not converting video to FLV format. If requirements are installed properly, the command will convert video to FLV format.

    Well since the debug didnt give me any info I upgraded and changed the command line that was in there and works fine now :D
