they worked yesterday...
it says ffmpeg-php has created them...
but they havnt? and when it normalyl shows u the thumbs in admin panel it has that broken image image.
so i tryed mplayer and ffmpeg both the ssame :(

Is it for every video?
If it is only for a few random ones, maybe you can use the admin panel to try to reconvert the video. If it is all of them, then there's probably another problem that someone else would be better qualified to help you with.

Login to admin area ,Change the following
Site Configuration => Miscellaneous Settings => Create Thumbnail with => mplayer
if you are using mplayer try with ffmpeg or ffmpge-php
i have and its only ones uploaded now.. (so 2) the other 4 are fine

Sorry Boxerman, I'm not really sure what to suggest here. Hopefully someone will know the solution. I noticed one or two times I had a random video that did not have a thumbnail created. I never figured out why. I converted the video again and that seemed to do the trick.

Instead of re-converting the video, try going to the video from the Admin screen - if you go to "All Videos" and click the link to the video in question, you can go to the bottom and try to re-create just the thumbs. See what code you get, and it may give you an idea of what is going wrong.
