4 requirements in next version

1. My vshare 2.6 installation allows under 13s to register. I'd like to stop this and allow only those whose birthday verifies that they are over 13.
2. I need a user's profile to show their membership level i.e if platinum, gold, silver, etc.
3. I want to be able to upgrade members from one membership level to another withought the requirement to pay. I want to awarg active memers by giveing them 'titles'.
4. Also I need people to agree to to terms & conditions BEFORE they can signup.
