Default Files over 40MB will not convert?

Anything under 40 goes through just fine but any wmv larger than that goes in to batch and even then won't convert? Is it something in configs? I couldn't find it...

You'll need to check your PHP configuration file (php.ini) to see what the maximum allowed file size is. It is likely set at 40M. You will need to increase that to be whatever you want the max as in order to have larger files.
