since chrome came out recently, and i believe it's gonna be a big deal, i tested my site with it, and found out the video does not play, it just stalls

I'm not having an issue using Google Chrome. Make sure that you have the latest Adobe Flash Player for Mozilla, Firefox, and Safari installed (9.0.124.0). Google Chrome uses that particular flash player to show flash video.
