It looks as though your mplayer/mencoder is crashing. Did you:

    A. Update your copy of mplayer or mencoder
    B. Update your server OS?
    C. Change your running kernel?

    or

    D. Change your server platform altogether?

Do you manage your own server or does your hosting company manage it for you.

no, nothing changed. I have other sites that run under another tube script (c-share) and they are working fine. this is really weird.

May be other script used different convert command. Check the convert command and compare the convert command you use in vshare. Try running the commands in ssh and see if FLV file is generated.

He is referring to running the output command that you see in your log from a command line to see if it creates a file or not. From your post above, the command would be:

    Code:
    export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/japa13/lib; /home/japa13/bin/mencoder '/home/japa13/cult.com/video/one_1.wmv' -o /home/japa13/cult.com/flvideo/12229827742061842187.flv -of lavf -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=56 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=flv:vbitrate=500:mbd=2:mv0:trell:v4mv:cbp:last_pred=3 -srate 22050 -ofps 24 -vf harddup
