    Default Some videos can't be rated

    I just had a new member upload a few videos. I was going to rate one of them, but could not rate the video for some reason. I had the same problem on all three videos that this member uploaded. However, the ratings seem to work perfectly fine for any other video. I've never noticed this problem before. Has anyone else encountered this?

    Click edit video ans see if the rating option is off
