.wmv upload not converting

Hello. I just installed my vshare ver 2.6 . I uploaded .flv files and it work fine. But when I uploaded .wmv files it is not converted to .flv in flvideo folder. I'm on cirtix hosting. Help

I got this error:

2009-01-02 6:21:20 STARTING VIDEO CONVERSION (process_queue.id = 23)

2009-01-02 6:21:20 File: /home/buri***/public_html/video/karen scandal.wmv

2009-01-02 6:21:20 ERROR: file not found.

Your problem is somewhat of a bug with vShare. If you are not using the upload progress bar, videos that are uploaded cannot contain spaces in their name (such as yours) as the built in upload function does not replace the spaces with underscores or dashes. It's always best to use the upload progress bar if possible.
