Default Error Uploading and Converting AVI and maybe more?

Hi there, I just finished installing my copy of vshare, and it looks great, but I am having an issue. I tried testing it out and uploaded an AVI file, and it is showing up in the process queue. It says "Convert Error", and so I click on "convert now" When I do that, it gives an error stating:

    File: /home2/peoplego/public_html/video/VID00011.AVI

    ERROR: file not found.

I went into the public_html/video/ folder and it shows the VID00011.AVI file, but it is named VID00011.AVI.avi

I tried updating the video_conversion.php file with a section of code that I found on this forum.

I have read through the forum looking for any clues or hints but I couldn't find anything. I did see something where someone had posted that they had "got it working, it was the ffmpeg-php, I changed it to ffmpeg and it coverted fine and plays."

I didn't understand what this meant.

The test file is 33mb, I didn't know if this will effect anything.

Thanks so much for all of your great support.

    ***UPDATE***

Ok, I just went through and tested all types of files, flv, mpg, mov, and even another avi file.

Everything uploaded correctly, but the avi file was only 5mb, so maybe the other file was to large???

How do I set it up to allow it to work for larger file sizes?

I am so ready to get this site launched, and I know that this is all I need, whoo-hoo! :D

Thanks again for all of your help.

You need to edit your php.ini file to allow for larger files. By default, PHP will only allow files smaller than 8MB.
