If I try to upload the .htaccess I only get a 500 Internal Server Error. I have uploaded it from binary and I use the orginal one from the vshare zip.

What is the problem here? I have searched already, but I don´t have found what I need.

Typically, getting a 500 error after uploading a .htaccess file is due to permissions. Did you setup this server yourself from scratch? Also, are you uploading files as "root" or as a normal user? The issue here would be that you need to make sure that your .htaccess is uploaded by a user that the Apache web server user can read the files of. If this is not the case, you will need to change the ownership of the .htaccess file to the user that Apache is running as.

    I had a look to my error.log:
Thu Mar 12 18:37:13 2009] [alert] [client 93.133.56.69] /var/www/web1/web/.htaccess: Options not allowed here
I am using Debian and ispConfig. Where I have to fix it?

Chown is on web1, for the other data it is on web1 too.

In my httpd.conf I changed it to allowOverride all
and I have chmodded it to 644.

And it is transfered in binary mode:
    Code:
    [R] TYPE I
    [R] 200 Type set to I
    [R] PORT 192,168,178,28,14,121
    [R] 200 PORT command successful
    [R] STOR .htaccess
[R] 150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for .htaccess
    [R] 226 Transfer complete.
    Transferred: .htaccess 3 KB in 0,13 seconds (23,2 KB/s)
    [R] TYPE A
    [R] 200 Type set to A
[R] Listening on PORT: 3706, Waiting for connection.
    [R] PORT 192,168,178,28,14,122
    [R] 200 PORT command successful
    [R] LIST -al
[R] 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for file list
    [R] 226 Transfer complete.
    [R] List Complete: 6 KB in 0,87 seconds (7,1 KB/s)

One was to bring down the fever, another a purgative, dvd copy, the third to overcome an acid condition. The germs of influenza can only exist in an acid condition dvd ripper, he explained dvd burner. He seemed to know all about influenza and said there was nothing to worry about if the fever did not go above one hundred and four degrees dvd copy. This was a light epidemic of flu and there was no danger if you avoided pneumonia .
