    Default Weird Conversion and Thumbnail Problem

    When users upload videos from their PCs, it do not make thumbnail, but when they import from Youtube or other supported sites, everything seems ok.
    Secondly,any video imported through admin section does not show up on site and not even in queue process. I need help with these problems. Thanks

    check folder permissions
