blank page when i run cron

hello i moved my site to new server "already i moved one more site working 100%" now i tried uploading a video when i ran cron all i get is blank page now :( what maybe the cause is ?

error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE);
Make sure error reporting is on. Blank pages are usually caused by a php error and can be rather difficult to track down.

i have two sites on same error one is working fine not other ,how can this be ?

Check the paths in your config file and make sure that it is correct.

ok i checked again issue is with wmv files ,3gp is converting fine :(
