Need help changing Servers

I'm looking to move my vshare site from one server to another. I had someone install the website on its current server and now I'm looking to moving my entire website to another hosting server.

Can someone that has experience with doing this please explain to me either what needs to be done, or let me know what you would charge to do this for me.

1. Version of vShare Moving
2. Whether or not you need additional items installed in the new location (such as ffmpeg, mencoder, or if they are already installed)
3. When you need it moved
