Video now showing after uploading

hi friends


When i upload 1 minute video then it works fine but when i upload any other video which runs for couple of minutes then that video does not show on the site & when i check in the Admin panel then i can see there is convert Error..
Please how i can upload videos longer then 1 minute min 10 minutes video ......

Please someone help me how i can fix this problem

If large video is not getting converted, it should be problem with server, may be converstion process get killed or timed out. Check if php.ini settings are proper.
