My site won't let me upload videos longer than 40 seconds

Hi this the owner of craigsfun.com I finally got my videos to upload and I found out the reason it wouldn't let me upload my other video was because it was longer than 40 seconds. It's not over 100mb but for some reason the upload process rejects my wmv videos if they are longer than 40 seconds or 1 minute. It doesn't say error it just refreshes in browser back to empty file

It may be php.in settings or server is overloaded. What is site url ?
