I am uploading videos to my tube for my hard drive ( my computer) but after the video is uploaded there is not thumb for it, just a question mark. shouldnt it make a thumb automatically? What do I do to fix this?

Login to admin area
Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with
You have 3 options, select a different option and try upload a new video and see if thumbnails are created.
