thumb won't creat

After updated 2.6 to 2.7 thumb won't create. It was good before.

I'm sure that not ffmpeg,mplayer or ffmpeg-php because I using clipshare, AVS script and social media script on same my own server. They working great. Please help. :confused:

In admin area, you can select what program to use for taking screen shot.

ffmpeg,mplayer or ffmpeg-php

Have you try all these ?
