UPloading Problem (not able to upload any video to the websi

please help me out, again my upload function is notatall working out

whenever I try to upload something it returns to the first page again.

I mean to the first step, without uploading the video, I may not be able ot express the error, please try to upload something to the website, you can get the exact error, please help me out.

Also just check to make sure you dont have 2 copies of the same file on your server, i didnt some work for someone today and thats what caused it on his server.
