    Default new error

    Hi,

i uploaded a php.ini file into the public_html directory like this

    php_value upload_max_filesize 200M
    php_value post_max_size 200M
    php_value output_buffering on
    php_value max_execution_time 2000
    php_value max_input_time 2000
    php_value session.gc_maxlifetime 24400

Still wont upload a large file. i then uploaded a file 1.7m and it uploaded fine. i can see the video but when i try to play it i get the error below

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/myvsecom/public_html/include/function.php on line 635

The link to the video is here

is the video converted in the flvideo folder?

try a simple mpg file and not your own videos

many people have had the same prob as you, i suggest searching the forums or looking through the FAQ forum.

i understand what you are saying but i have uploaded the same file onto the demo vshare site in the same format .mov and it works fine. Not sure if that is the problem. The reason i am also uploading .mov as that is the standard format for digital cameras and for most cell phones

would you mind to goto the site and see maybe you can see the problem thanks

when you upload a video file it gets placed into the "video" folder. For the video to be played does it get converted and then played or converted stored in another folder and the played

    Thanks

yes but your ffmpeg/memcoder might not be setup to convert MOV files where as the demo site is...thats why you should test an mpg file.

the converted files should be in the flvideo folder.
