Cant upload any videos

Ok, everythings was working fine, for a reason i dont know, i cant upload any videos, it gives me this error: Upload: Please provide a video title with minimum 4 characters. even if i put more than 4 characters on the title.

It was fine for over a month

download vshare again and upload the files
