Searched and no results to fix this error

I recently installed script and am able to upload video. However, when attempting to view the video I get this error:

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in view_video.tpl line 21]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: $vinfo[0].title|replace:''\\'':'''' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 417) in /home/a1video/public_html/include/smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1088


Any help would be appreciated!

Have you modified video_video.tpl ?

The error is due to some files are modified or corrupted, a re upload will fix it.

I have not modified anything.

I have also attempted to re-upload everything 2 times in BINARY using filezilla!

Remove all files from installed folder and reinstall the script.

This will solve the problem.

I thought that since I still have this error, it must be due to my php settings.

I investigated further and found no results as to why this may be happening.

I have upgraded php to version 5.2.1 in hopes that it may resolve some issues, but I am still perplexed as to why Smarty is still not working on my server.

Is there file or example php script to determine if my Smarty is working correctly and point out the error instead of just the information it spits out currently.

Hope I am not being a bother, but I like this script and would like to see it grow to something better than what is currently offered out there. ;)
