Loading Video

I operate two sites and both have stopped me from loading videos. I presume its my server. I keep getting the error message, "file to large" when I am know its only a couple of meg. can anyone help and if its my servers fault, what do I ask to be rectified.

Look at your phpinfo.php and see what maximum size you can upload.
