Everything is perfect - except video won't load

I did a fresh install (2.3) and it still isn't working. I know mencoder and ffmpeg are installed and working because this is the second vshare site on my server. The other site works great and converts just fine. This one won't convert. Any suggestions?

Can you post url of the video having problem and its debug log ?

When I run convert.php here is what I get:

I'm having this same exact problem. It was working just fine before failed upgrade attempt. Old Video's uploaded before upgrade issues are still working but new video uploads won't work. I get no thumbnails and no video. I've already paid my programmer to fix my site and he can't figure this one out.

HostonNet.com fixed my site for me. Php safe mode was turned on. I suggest everyone who experiences the same problem to test that or hire hostonnet to fix it for them.
