Specifically I'd like Site Editors to be able to:
1. Video management: (three only)
1-1 Approve Videos
1-2 Inappropriate
1-3 Manage Comments
2. Group Management: (all sections)
2-1 All Groups
2-2 Public Groups
2-3 Private Groups
2-4 Protected Groups
2-5 Search Groups
2-6 Send Email
3. Web Pages: (one heading)
3-1 List Pages

I would like to have a Site Editor page with the above admin editorial capabilities please. I would expect a need to have an additional Admin capability of giving Site Editor access for specific trusted members.

I consider the request do-able and a bonus to those that have expanding membership and who'd like help from their friends (Site Editors) and contributors to who delegated participation can be a bonus to a growing streaming website.

I hope to see a positive response from admin.
