Will pay for webite template

Hello-

I have tried to update the website template myself but have failed miserably. Ca someone create this template for me and I will pay. i have uploaded my logo which should give you and idea of my color scheme. I am looking for the sides to be red and the middle to be black.

My website shows the logo for you to work off of. I was able to change the sides to be red. It would also be great if I had where the red is on the side like Go Dawgs! (repeated diagonally or something
