I have been operating this site for almost two year without any problem as such. Suddenly, three days ago,all videos that were uploade to it did not have thumbnail and i have tried to reconvert them to no avail. Instead of the thumbnail, it comes aout a awhite square box with a red star. I have looked on the forum and i have not found help. Please, any assistance would be appreciated.
