Not Uploading

I have just installed this program and I cant get anything to upload.......

ffmpeg problem please cheack your ffmpeg is correctly install

Check your phpinfo http://videos.dtennant.com/phpinfo.php
If ffmpeg properly installed you can see in your phpinfo

Check your phpinfo http://videos.dtennant.com/phpinfo.php
At that time you can see the php informations about your site. The ffmpeg is not installed in your server.please cheack or contact your web hosting company.
