FFmpeg thumbnails not being created

I have FFmpeg and FLVtool on my server and they are converting but when they convert there is no thumbnail at all. Also when I go into the Admin area and try to create a thumbnail i get the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'ffmpeg_movie' not found in /home/______/public_html/include/class.video_duration.php on line 68

What do I do about these?

Only reason for this error is ffmpeg-php not working properly.

Reinstall ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php

Im geting the same problem when i upload a picture from my pc for embed file in admin area it dosent create the thumb at all.

The is because ffmpeg-php not properly installed.

Login to vshare admin area > Site Settings > Miscellaneous Settings

Try changing

Create Thumbnail with:

To mplayer/ffmpeg and see if it works. If not your installation is not proper.
