failed to upload from youtube

i have set the site up finally, and i have uploaded 4 videos from youtube and a guy signed up and uploaded one but then he tryed to get this one ..

Made an account and tried putting some of my team's videos on there, but I'm getting this error:

thanks i did this but the videos i listed on here still wont upload.. opened a support ticket..
