Thanks for the response: My current version that I am upgrading said this:

You Are using vShare version: 2.3 Release: 20070730

Latest vShare version is: 2.4 Release: 20070822

You are using OLD version of vShare, you must upgrade.

I downloaded 2.4, ran the upgrade wizard as per the instructions and now the program no longer works.

Any other ideas?
