VOTE -- Which name should I use? -- VOTE

Hello,

So my site, Gaia Gone Wild is doing pretty good for being in it's third month:)

I am torn on the name though.


I do love the name GaiaGoneWild but it often is confused with GirlsGoneWild or GaysGoneWild.

Therefore I bought : GaiaTube.com and NaturalDisasterVideos.net


What do you think is better?

Should I change my name now while its still early or do you think GaiaGoneWild is good?

GaysGoneWild lol....guess they get disapointed when they find out what your site is really about ;)

cant say i have ever confused your site name as it is currently ;)

but i guess i didn't even know what the the word giai was before i saw your site....however Natural Disaster Videos makes perfect sense and it what i would search for if i was looking for vids like on your site.

I thought it would help my SE ranking for that particular keyphrase having the domain name NaturalDisasterVideos.net forward to my site. Ocasionally I wil drop a backlink to http://www.NaturalDisasterVideos.net so that I know the SEs are scanning it and being brought to my site.
It's a little trick I started doing a couple years ago with a few other sites and I am pretty sure it works.

I didn't think it would be a good bradable domain name though. It is too long and a .net, which is second rate IMO. .com is king!!!!!

It can't hurt to register them both and have the secondary url forward to the main one.

I personally do not care so much for sites that use "Tube" in the name. Sure, we're all copying YouTube to one degree or another, but when I see it in the site's name, that is just too much for me. I guess I just sort of see it as saying, 'look at me, I'm another YouTube', when really, we should focus less on emulating YT and focus more on delivering a quality experience to our own niche.

Of course, that's just my personal opinion. You may very well come across a million people who would say "What do you mean you passed on using the name Gaia Tube?!?"
