Embed Video Showing But not Playing

This is what I get:

I can embed my video and the player shows fine, but when I go to press play it does not play. It just sits there. This is a bit weird as it works fine on my other sites.

Any suggestions??

Let me update this....The embed video works in most cases but not forums. For instance, it shows the video player, but when you press play it just loads never showing the video.
