optimimize site

i moved my site from hosting co to cirtex hosting, because my site was using to much bandwitch, now i get an email from new hosting co, that im using too much cpu resources, and are requesting that i optimize my entire website from php to mysql database. or move my site, can someone tell me how to do this,

Converting video use lot of CPU, this is normal for any video sharing sites. If your site use too much CPU or getting traffic, most host will not host you in $7 or similar packages even through they say they provide unlimited everything.

How much bandwidth your site use ?

in about 3 weeks i have used 246786.11 of 1500000mb this site is growing more rapid than i thought, and i really dont know alot about what im doing. so what your saying is i need to get a semi-dedicated server or a dedicated server.
