help in removal if -lavfopt

I have tried to upgrade ffmpeg but the upload script gives the following error when I tried to upload the clip.

Please remove the -lavfopt variable from your script and try again

these are excerpt from my server management company anybody are nice enough to help me find where this -lavfopt is located so that I can kill it!?

or what is this -lavfopt..

Edit include/settings/video_conversion.php and replace convert command with the one available at

http://docs.buyscripts.in/wiki/Mencoder_options
