blank video after upload

Hallo,
I have two vshare sites, in the same server (vps): one is working fine (2.4) and the other has a problem: when I upload the video the flash player is blank. In templates_c/debug.txt I have this message. Could you help me to solve the problem?

Edit the video_conversion.php(include/settings) .Replce the existing comand with this
