Errors with Mencoder

Hi, recently I found errors on files being converted with Mencoder. The files are converted but skipping some frames...
This is what I get:

Thank you for you answer sanil. I already read that docs and it seems I'm using the right command for that Mencoder version, anyway I noticed that I get this kind of error only when files are converted "by" cronjob!
Trying to re-convert from the admin panel all goes without problems!! Boh??
