Default Numbers are THROUGH THE ROOF ... No way !!!

Oh yeah, it's your favorite Son ... :)
When we installed vshare on our server, which by the way has unlimited bandwidth, we appeared to not have any or at least a lot of major problems initially. On Sunday (yesterday) we placed the video portal online for all to see and use ... but today, during my login, was confronted with the message that my free account period was over due to the fact that I'd used up all of the bandwidth that the trial package has allocated to it.

    Well, that's physically impossible !!!

The trial accounts run for 180 days with viewer settings that are in seconds equal to 180 days times 24 hours.
I've used the account less than 2 weeks.
Trial users may upload 100 videos per month ... I've uploaded about 40 of them.
Trial users may have up to 5000 MB bandwidth per month ... which I couldn't possibly have used up, just goofing around 20 to 30 times with the same 4 or 5 videoclips for testing purposes.
Trial users are allocated 500 MB of server space which I couldn't even be close to since I've imported 34 videos from the vidoswiper video feed that's supposed to run the clips directly from the distant server. But even if it didn't do that, I still wouldn't have the amount of space full since most of the clips are only 1:30 to 3:00 minutes in length.

However, just to test the amount of server space used, I went ahead and changed my account to a "diamond user" account who receives ungodly amounts of everything. Well, guess what? I logged myself out ... cleared my browser cache just to be safe ... waited a couple of minutes ... and logged myself back in ... only to find ... Same message as before!

Your package subscription expired because you're only allocated 75 GB (yeah, that's GIGAbyte) per month, which you've already used up.

There is something very fishy going on with the numbers here ...
Any ideas what's causing this strangeness?

UPDATE ...Problem is actually worse than I thought ...
Re-transferred all template related files via binary just to be safe.
Then reset all users bandwidth ... which appeared to work since I received a message immediately afterward, verifying that the bandwidth had been reset for all users. Then I attempted to log in again which worked fine.
However, as soon as I clicked on a video in order to view it, an error message appeared again.
This time the message stated that I wasn't permitted to use more than 25 GB of bandwith ... ???

Just for the heck of it, I checked the stats on our server but it's only utilizing apx. 900 MB bandwidth per day.
I have no idea what the heck is going on, but clearly all of the numbers must be getting mixed up somehow.
Still waiting to hear if anyone can offer some help with this? Thanks again.

UPDATE 2 ... All of the problems in this particular post vanish once packages are disabled from within the admin settings. This is however, obviously NOT a solution to anyone who'd like to make use of the package features. Again, these problems did not exist until I started transferring clips with Videoswiper ... only then did these weird number problems begin which leads me to believe that that is where the problem is. Something is CONFLICTING ??? with vshare and the uploads from videoswiper. Nothing else seems to make sense, especially considering that all of the user's numbers showed up correctly before then ... Bandwidth used, Space used, Package Duration, etc.

I know another "free" script like vshare, that pushes Video Swiper HEAVILY, and my guess is they are the same people. When I installed their script, within hours I had hackers sending email through my server because these idiots allowed php files to be uploaded as avatars... I alerted them to this, and I guess they fixt it, but who knows what other stupid security mistakes they made. Because they allow video swiper to be spammed heavily on their board, I presume they are the same group of people. I've seen video swiper spammed so much on so many boards - they've been collecting email addresses for months. My bet is that video swiper has fluggerd up your vshare installation, and in my opinion, based on the stupidity I've seen from the people pushing it, you're open to a lot of security problems using video swiper. Just my opinion, just an educated guess...

vshare do not count exact bandwidth, what we do is when visitor visit a video page, size of of the video is added to users consumed bandwidth. Since the files are served by web server, vshare will not know how much bandwidth is used to view a video. If you provide packages, set bandwidth to unlimited.
