ReInstall Problem

I copied all of my files to my hard drive as a backup (I think the transfer mode was set to automatic) I was going to install a different template from a post on the forum. I did not use that new one though so I copied all of my files back to the server in "binary" and get the error listed below. Any idea where I messed up?

I did that with no results. I was lucky and my server restored a recent backup.
