    Red face FFmpeg not converting

    Hi frnd's..

    Can any one help me i have used ffmpeg in asp.net with c#.Conversion process is working fine in local system.But when i uploaded in server and try to do conversion it takes more time not converting that given files...Plz frnds aid me to solve this probs..Awating for ur reply Experts ...:confused:

    Server may be limiting memory/cpu per process or even overloaded. Video convertion need lot of cpu time. Also make sure ffmpeg is installed on the server.

    I have hosted my website in dicountasp.net rather i want to ask permission to execute ffmpg in server or what did i want to ask in server manager.Kindly reply me Frnd...:confused:

    They may not allow running ffmpeg as it take lot of cpu. Just ask them if they allow. If they allow, upload a simple test script. If not working ask them why the script is not working.

    They wont allow permission to run ffmpeg.exe.Can u tell me any other 3rd party conversion tool to convert all kind of video file formate to flv.Rather is there is any player which plays all kind of video file formate in asp.net page using c#...Its little bit fine for me using a player which plays all kind of video file formate in asp.net.And also if i bought some 3rd party conversion tool it must be accepted in all hosting server.Kindly aid me frnd....Awating for ur reply frnd....

    Use third party video encoding service like

    Video, transcoding, management and streaming - Bits on the Run [beta]

    convert video to flv or mp4, you will be able to play them in flash players.
