Support is though this forum only. If you need paid support, contact [email protected], they provide installation, upgrade, etc..

Yes, subscription feature is available. This will work with duration, if you are looking to charge per bandwidth, vshare will not calculate bandwidth usage accurately, so better provide unlimited usage and charge for duration.
