The upload progress bar works just fine under Plesk. I use it all of the time. Plesk separates the cgi-bin directory from the httpdocs directory. Thus, you will need to move the contents of the "cgi-bin" directory from your httpdocs/cgi-bin directory to the cgi-bin directory that should be located at /var/www/vhosts/zclub.asia/cgi-bin.
You will need to turn off open_basedir. Do a google search on "Plesk disable open basedir" and you will find all sorts of guides on how to do it.

I have just upgraded to vshare 2.7 with very few problems. I noticed there is a cron_daily.php and when looking further discovered the admin/menu.php had a link to import_auto.php commented out.
My question is, can import_auto be uncommented and cron_daily.php set as a daily cron or is it not working and therefor disabled?
Thanks

No, you can not set cron_daily as your cron. If you want your cron job to run daily, you simply need to edit your cron's time so that it runs daily rather than every few minutes.
Also, no, do not uncomment out the import_auto stuff as it isn't finished (from what I can see), which is why it is commented out. It appears to be some function that the admin's started on but never finished.
